Parioli and around: what to do in northern Rome

Parioli is one of Rome’s most elegant districts: tree-lined avenues, embassies and a rare calm so close to the centre. A short distance away opens Villa Borghese, the great park with the Galleria Borghese and its masterpieces.
Music and contemporary-art lovers will find the Auditorium Parco della Musica and the MAXXI museum just minutes away. A walk of about 30 minutes brings you to Piazza del Popolo.
