Le Caraffe was born from a wish to offer authentic hospitality in two places we love.
Two homes, two souls of Italy: the medieval old town of Alatri, gathered around its Acropolis, and Rome’s Parioli district, elegant and quiet just steps from Villa Borghese.
We restore and care for them attentively, keeping the character of each place — the floors, the light, the chosen furniture — while adding the comfort needed to truly feel at home.
We believe in direct booking and in the relationship with those who choose us: that’s why we prefer to answer your questions in person and accompany you through your stay.
